The VARIAXIS i-500 tilts and rotates the part while the spindle cuts, so we reach undercuts, compound angles and deep features without re-fixturing. Fewer setups means less stack-up error, better positional accuracy and shorter lead times.

Finishing passes run with the tool tip tracking the surface as the part tilts and turns. That keeps scallops small, blends clean and surface finishes consistent across complex geometry, part after part.
